The Weekly Meat Selection Box is an easy and delicious array of our favourite cuts to see you through the week.

Firstly, there are two packs of 200g back bacon made from our pork loins, carefully dry cured at Mansergh Hall to retain their juiciness and flavour. Second, 300g of succulent, lean braising steak, ideal for slow cooking in red wine and wild onions.

2 classic lamb chops make the ideal mid week supper - brilliant grilled with rosemary, or oven roasted with seasonal veg.

Two packs of 4 sausages can make the best sausage sandwich you've ever tasted, or combine well with our two packs of 2 Yorkshire made Black Pudding for a cracking fry up.
