With outdoor reared pork as good as ours it is only right we use the best ingredients to make our sausages
We use shoulder and belly pork which is full of flavour. To this we add carefully chosen ingredients to bring you delicious combinations such as Pork, sage and Thyme, Pork and Garlic, and Cumberland to name only 3 varieties. Our sausages have a least 84% meat content, which with 22 years of trying and taste testing our customers we feel this is right combination – any more meat and the sausage is too solid. Of course, we only use natural skins and the sausages are all made, filled and linked by hand.
Our highly recommended Granny’s Recipe Sausage is our family recipe sausage dating back to the mid 1800s. This is an old fashioned crumbly sausage which combines the flavours of our pork with sage, marjoram & black pepper.
