Quality Pork Sausage from Mansergh Hall Farm Shop

Our sausages are made on the premises using only shoulder and belly pork and natural skins providing sausages of the finest quality. All our sausage varieties are highly recommended, but of particular note are our acclaimed Cumberland Sausage and Additive Free Granny's Recipe, a family recipe first made at Mansergh Hall in the 1800s which have been recommended by The Times magazine.

All our sausage varieties are delicious grilled, fried, oven baked and barbequed and are available as chipolatas or sausage meat.

Granny's Recipe organically reared pork sausage

Based on a recipe used by Jim's Granny in the 1800's this delicious sausage is our best selling flavoured sausage. Our own pork is blended with sage, marjoram, salt and pepper and rusk to provide a course flavoursome sausage.
