Mansergh Hall Pork Sausage is known for its fantastic flavour and consistent quality.

Our organic sausages are made on the premises to soil Association standards using our shoulder and belly pork, seasoning, water and natural skins making sausages of the finest quality.

All our sausage varieties are highly recommended, but of particular note are our acclaimed Granny's Recipe, a family recipe first made at Mansergh Hall in the 1800s which have been recommended by The Times magazine.

All our sausages are available as chipolatas or sausage meat.
