Mansergh Hall Pork Sausage is known for its fantastic flavour and consistent quality.

Our free range pork sausages are made on the premises using our shoulder and belly pork, seasoning, water and natural skins making sausages of the finest quality, with an 85% meat content.

All our sausage varieties are highly recommended, but of particular note are our acclaimed Granny's Recipe, a family recipe first made at Mansergh Hall in the 1800s which have been recommended by The Times magazine.

With a little notice all our sausages are available as chipolatas or sausage meat.

Based on a recipe used by Jim's Granny in the 1800's this delicious sausage is our best selling flavoured sausage. Our own pork is blended with sage, marjoram, salt and pepper, rusk and water to provide a course flavoursome sausage.
