Our beef is raised at Mansergh
Hall and is a key part of the organic system
of farming. Great care has been taken to
source the finest Aberdeen Angus organic
stock from which to build our herd. Our
cattle graze the pastures of Mansergh Hall
Farm and in winter they seek shelter in
traditional stone built shippons and barns.
When inside they are fed own produced organic
silage, hay and organic ratios.
When our own beef is not available we source
organically reared beef from accredited
producers. |
