Our cattle are a key part of our
organic farming system. Care has been
taken to source Aberdeen Angus organic
stock from which to build our herd. Our
cattle graze the pastures of Mansergh
Hall Farm and in winter are sheltered in
traditional stone built shippons and
barns. When inside they are fed home
produced organic silage, hay and organic
ratios.
When our own beef is not available we
source organically reared beef from an
accredited producer located only 7 miles
away.
- Our beef matures for a minimum of 21
days. Simon then cuts the meat to our
customer’s requirements.
