Our cattle are a key part of our
farming system. Care has been
taken to source Galloway and Highland
Cattle from South West Scotland to graze the pastures of Mansergh
Hall Farm and in winter are sheltered in
traditional stone built shippons and
barns. When inside they are fed home
produced silage, hay and gm - free ratios.
When our own beef is not available we
source quality beef from an
accredited producer located only 7 miles
away.
- Our beef matures for a minimum
of 21 days. Simon then cuts the meat
to our customer’s requirements.
