Soil Association ApprovedOrganic Dry-cured gammon joints

Legs of organically reared pork are boned out and dry cured at Mansergh Hall, once dried then are tied for cutting into joints. These are a real favourite for a special occasion and particularly at Christmas time. A full gammon can weigh as much as 7kgs.
