Our bacon and gammons are dry-cured at Mansergh Hall using traditional methods. Our plain dry-cured bacon won the award for Best Overall Bacon 2003 in the North West Producer of the Year Awards.

Organic Dry-cured bacon

Loins of Mansergh Hall organically reared pork are dry cured at Mansergh Hall. Delicious bacon, how bacon should be!

Organic Dry-cured gammon joints

Legs of organically reared pork are boned out and dry cured at Mansergh Hall, once dried then are tied for cutting into joints. These are a real favourite for a special occasion and particularly at Christmas time. A full gammon can weigh as much as 7kgs.
