HOW TO ORDER
Online
To buy any of our products using our
SECURE ONLINE ORDER FACILITY, simply enter the
quantity required in kilos and click the 'Buy Now' button
beside each product on the
Products pages.
We know of no documented cases of
credit card fraud using our shopping system over the
internet. All credit card details are handled via encrypted
communications (secure socket layer).
By Telephone
If you would prefer to call us and
place an order over the telephone, then you can. 015242
71397. We are available from 9am to 5pm Tuesday to
Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Monday and Saturday. You can
leave a message after hours and at weekends and we will
return your call as soon as possible.
By Fax or Post
Print our
Mail Order Form, complete it and fax it to us on:
015242 72219, or post it to the address at the top of
the page.
Mansergh Hall Farm accepts all
major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Delta Solo and Switch
but no charge cards. We require your payment details when
you place an order so please have them ready.

Special Orders: We are always
happy to speak to our customers directly and if you have a
special order – a whole lamb, a French trimmed rib of beef
or some other such other request however large or small then
please give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate
it – you never know until you ask!

Delivery to LA or CA postcodes:
- Delivery day by mutual
arrangement. The charge is £7.20 up to 15kg,
- or spend
between £50 and £100 and standard delivery is only £5
(excluding full and half lambs).

over £100 and standard delivery is free
(excluding full and half lambs -
Timed or
Saturday delivery subject to surcharge).
Any discount for
postage etc. apart from free shipping for orders over
£100.00 will not show on the shopping cart total but will be
deducted from the total before your card is charged by

Delivery to the rest of England,
Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands and Islands of
Scotland):
For orders weighing up to 15 kg the
charge is £10.50 then £0.30p per kg there after.

Nationwide Delivery Schedule
We deliver nationwide Tuesday to
Friday. When you place your order, we will contact you by
email to discuss your preferred date(s) for delivery. A
minimum period of 3 full working days is required to prepare
and deliver your order. If you require your order urgently
or by a certain date please let us know and we will do our
best to accommodate your request.
Nationwide Delivery Instructions
When you place your order you please
provide instructions where we can securely leave the parcel
if you are not at home when the courier arrives, i.e. with a
neighbour, in the garage or porch etc. Alternatively we can
deliver to your work address if that is more convenient for
you. It is also useful to provide the delivery driver with
directions if you are in a more remote area.
Please inform us by calling the Farm
Shop on 015242 71397 as soon as possible if your
order is not delivered when expected.
Due to the fresh nature of the
products we cannot accept returns or refund purchases when
our carrier is unable to deliver in the event that no one is
available to accept the order and no alternative delivery
instructions have been made by you.
Packaging and Weights
You can choose whether your meat is
supplied vacuum packed or loose bagged (Please note for
nationwide deliveries: we vacuum pack unless you specify
loose bagging when you place your order.) and please bear in
mind that it isn't possible to vacuum pack some products.
Vacuum packaging is perfect for
freezing for future use whereas loose bagged is preferred
for fresh consumption. Either way, our packaging ensures the
quality of the meat is maintained whether the meat is
consumed fresh or frozen. We take care and pride in packing
orders into polystyrene boxes packed with ice blankets for
maximum freshness.
All the meat is clearly labeled with
the cut, and weight. It can be kept in the fridge to be
eaten by its ‘use by’ date or frozen immediately and kept up
to three months.
We aim to provide a cut of meat as
close to your specified weight as possible, but please bear
in mind this is not an exact science! We will provide an
exact breakdown of the weights of your order in the invoice
which we send to you with your order.
Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please
notify us by phone or email no later than 24 hours from
placing your order.
Out of Stock Items
Although we make every effort to
ensure we can offer the whole range of meat and cuts,
sometimes either due to seasonality or demand we may not
have all cuts available. If this is the case and one of the
items you have ordered is not in stock we will inform you
immediately so you can choose an alternative or cancel your
order.
Our Guarantee
We are committed and proud to provide
you with delicious, well cut and packed meat – but, if for
any reason our meat does not arrive in perfect condition, or
you are unhappy with any part of your order please inform us
within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery. We will happily
arrange a replacement or refund.
